How to create custom icon in contextual menu in workspace in servicenow

Hi Team ,

I have a requirement to add a new icon in the contextual menu in workspace called 'Scratchpad'. Once clicked on it users will be able to add notes and save. Then this should be shown when clicked on Record Information icon in workspace.

Please guide the steps how to configure ir in workspace.

I tried this process , but mine is not add an existing icon. I have to create a custom icon with the above requirement and place it on contextual panel in workspace. Please help me on this.
