is it possible to create an instance under instance where we can use 2 instances under single user.

Hi @arunpandyan,
do you mean PDI? It is only one PDI per profile, but if you really need two PDI - for example to test some integration - you can either create a second ServiceNow profile or ask any of your colleagues to share theirs with you if you define what areas shall keep untouched not to break stuff one for another...
