Hi All,

Good morning!!

 

Integration of Service Graph Connector For Crowdstrike

 

To implement and the configuration of the Service Graph Connector For Crowd strike into our ServiceNow environment.

 

Anyone has idea about this, if yes please suggest or help me, i have not done earlier integration things.

 

may I know what and all need to be plugins and briefly about this requirement.

Hello @velkuruhari 

 

For this integration prerequisites will be:
1) ServiceNow Instance 😉

2) CrowdStrike Falcon: You need a valid set of client_id and secret for OAuth2 credentials from CrowdStrike

3) A subscription to IT Operations Management (ITOM) Visibility or ITOM Discovery is required.

 

In ServiceNow below plugins are required:

Steps for configuration in short:
1) Install the required plugins from the ServiceNow Store.

2) Set up the connection using the OAuth2 credentials from CrowdStrike.

3) Configure the data mappings in the ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) process if needed

4) Test the integration to ensure data is being ingested correctly into the CMDB.
