In service now I have been assigned a task where I have been asked to integrate ABC with SNOW, ABC which is an in-house tool repository ( share point) client facing - document storage data so here in ABC where the user enters a new record like the engagement name, engagement code, service name, fee, status as new whenever a new record is created so there is call1 from SNOW to ABC for fetching new record and generate a new request in SNOW so a new record is created and Enhance team give details where additional vat details have been updated in the same request and then there is a call2 which is a PUSH from SNOW to ABC update the vat details and then call3 from SNOW to ABC where it fetch the status check if the status is approved update here as approved and if it's new check if the task is already created or not, if not create new request. can you help me with the task as I am a developer in service now.
