Lists and Filters​ task

 Hi,
I am currently completing the course Welcome to ServiceNow in the learning.servicenow.com. There in the Lists and Filters​ task, I am unable to change the state of any incident using the List Editor, it shows Security prevents writing to this field.
I am also providing the screenshot of it.
Please guide me on how to solve this problem.

Hi @MonosijR 

 

1. Logout and login and check if you are getting the same

2. Raise a case with Now Learning support in Servicenow University . They will correct if any ACL messed up.

OR

3. Check  Write/List Edit ACL on Incident. ( Compare it with your PDI) , and correct. Most probably Admin Override has been removed if 1 option does not work.
