Manually trigger a specific survey from SOW

Hi Community,

I am working on a requirement in Service Operations Workspace (SOW) to manually send one of two surveys from an Incident record.

I have two active survey definitions.

The requirement is for an agent to manually select the appropriate survey and send it from SOW.

My questions are:

  1. What is the recommended OOB approach to manually trigger a specific survey from SOW?
  2. Is there any OOB SOW action available for sending assessments/surveys?
  3. Should this be implemented through a Declarative Action, UI Action, Script Include, or another workspace-specific mechanism?
  4. Has anyone implemented a similar requirement where multiple survey definitions are available and the agent chooses which survey to send?

Any guidance or examples would be appreciated.

ahoy @rajeshsd699,

 

each survey (= assessment) has trigger conditions and when these conditions are satisfied then it is sent to the defined person. 

 

Depending on your requirement, it can be adjusted accordingly. What would be the scenario?
