Missing Standard Change in Production

bharathvall

I’m unable to find the standard change in Production that was created in March 2021.

How can I determine why the standard change is no longer available?
If it was deleted, is there any way to retrieve or restore it?

Hi @bharathvall

Do you mean Standard Change Templates?

What you created earlier is not visible now. Could you please check if there have been any changes to roles or access permissions?

any screenshots  that we can refer to?

Hi @bharathvall

If any accidentally delete happened , in that case check

  • Navigate to System Definition > Deleted Records
  • Look for records in the Standard Change Proposal / std_change_proposal table
  • If found, Restore the record.

If the template was not deleted, it may have been marked inactive.

  •   Navigate to All Templates
  • Check your specific template is Active
  • Ensure the template is properly associated with a category
  • If the template was modified, check if the modification proposal is still awaiting approval , if Re-publish it.

If the entire standard change catalog is malfunctioning,

  • navigate to System Definition > Plugins
  •  repair Change Management - Standard Change Catalog plugin

Hi @bharathvall,

Could you please check it under Change -> Models -> Change Models.

Check whether Standard Change Model is active or not?

If not make it active -> true, maybe someone by mistakenly deactivate it.

If the provided solution is useful/working, please Accept as Solution and hit the Helpful.

Thanks & Regards,
