Need to Hide one catalog name from non tech users- ESC

Hi All,

This firewall under Other services i have created from Menu items. I want non tech users should now be able to see this Firewall name from frontend (from backend they cant see as by clicking on it there no item and says you dont have permission). So mainly from frontend also i want it to disappear.

What do you distinguish "non tech users" as? ServiceNow users without a role? Who don't have itil?

so you want to hide menu item for some users.

How do you distinguish those users?

You should know that and based on that you can add condition
