Hi

 

IF I HAVE ITIL ROLE I CAN SEE RESOLUTION INFORMATION ON MY SECTION ON THE FORM. INCASE IF I DOES NOT HAVE ITIL ROLE I CANNOT SEE THE TAB. BUT I CAN SEE THE SECTION IN MY FORM WITHOUT ITIL USER.

CAN SOMEONE HELP ON THIS
