Question Choice dependent on multiple questions

I am having 4 questions in incident of type choice

1st question is u_function of type choice it is independent

2nd question is u_support_required_for its choices are dependent on what we selected in 1st question

3rd question is u_type_of_issue its choices are dependent on what choices are selected in 1st and 2nd question

4th question is issue_description its choices are dependent on what choices are selected in 1st, 2nd and 3rd question

I don't want to use client script as I am having 3000+ choices

Can anyone help?

If any of your questions are dependant only on one question then you can do that without scripting.

But if your question is dependant on multiple questions then you cannot achieve it without script.
