reference field lookup not working in now mobile app for caller, assignedto, asssignment _grp

hi I am working on now mobile using mobile builder , used this as mobile screen and placed in under applet launcher as you see on the left side bottom first is customized , reference field lookup not working for caller , assigned_to, assignment _grp, when i am trying to select magnifying tool it is not selecting it.

@animesh_96 you are trying to open the backend form in mobile view which may not work. The correct method to open create incident is to redirect to your create incident record producer.

open your portal and locate create incident record producer and paste the url of record producer in your screen link. In the URL replace portal suffix with /mesp.

/mesp?id=sc_cat_item&sys_id= {recors producer sys_id}
your url should look link this.
