reference field lookup not working in now mobile app for caller, assignedto, asssignment _grp

hi I am working on now mobile using mobile builder , used this as mobile screen and placed in under applet launcher as you see on the left side bottom first is customized , reference field lookup not working for caller , assigned_to, assignment _grp, when i am trying to select magnifying tool it is not selecting it.

@RaghavSh actually i didnt try this , becuase i know this will work they just have 2 fields urgent and business justification  and only reference fields doesnt work, so and i am looking for the incident form ,

What you are trying to achieve was feasible on classic mobile which used $m.do in url but now mobile is an applet based mobile app so you will have to do it via mesp portal record producer with fields similar to incident form.

OR

Create an input form screen with fields similar to incident form and write server script in write back action item to map those fields to incident.
