reject onboarding supplier S-2-P workspace

Also, is it happening for all records or just this in particular? same for all users or just one?

Please what debugging did you do?

I'm checking for rejection in the process
I enter a new supplier for an existing name and see that the system is able to identify a duplicate of it and then I'm asked if I want to continue anyway or reject the supplier. When I click reject, it continues the flow, updates the rejection reason, but it gets stuck when it needs to change status

I've checked with several users, it always happens, and it doesn't matter which case it is. Every time I click reject, it happens.

You check that particular playbook and see what condition is required to reject the onboarding supplier.

1) Open Flow designer from left nav.

Hi I did it
It works fine and passes all conditions and it just gets stuck when it needs to transfer status to rejection
