Require a form design for a table (ex: u_abc_test) in agent workspace

Hi Team ,

My client has a requirement to customize the agent workspace form .

I need to create a form design with the required fields (ex: status, notice ...)separated with tabs in a form.  Please find the below screenshot for reference for the required form design in agent workspace:

Please provide the feasibility to achieve this requirement .

Hi @pranookas ,

Follow the below steps,

1) Open any record go right click and configure form layout/form builder.

2) Select the respective view which is applicable to Agent workspace(Workspace View)

3) Modify the layout as per your requirement and you can add new sections from section tab by clicking new.

Thank You for the response . I tried the way you suggested. I added required/tabs in the workspace view in form layout of servicenow UI. But the requirement to design a form with four tabs - Status , Assignee , Engagement  and tabs in a top row and in the next row followed with the respective fields . Expected a  form design as attached below : 

I tried adding fields to the workspace view from the form layout it is showing like below which is not expected .

Can you let me know is any chance add form section/tabs in the top row and related list at the bottom ? Right now related lists are displaying at the top row which is not required . Required to display the related list at the bottom and form section on the top row . Please let me know a possible approach to achieve this requirement .

Hi @pranookas ,

I don't know if that will be possible in the agent workspace because the agent workspace is getting deprecated from next year as per the news. We don't have many options to configure like as Service Operation Workspace. The SOW is much more configurable than the Agent workspace. Using the UI Builder we can achieve for Service operation Workspace.

I tried and explored few things about Builder , Using UI Builder we can able to create a dashboard/Landing Page or kind or report using any template which are available right ?

We are looking something like , we required design a form with all the required fields and respective tabs , once the fields are filled and submitted it should allow record insertion in the respective table .

The required form design is attached below : 

Please let me know if we can able to achieve this kind of form design .?
