Hi ,

i would like to ask what is the path to get service portal micro certificate in ServiceNow .

if we complete the service portal fundamentals micro certification assessment - will get the voucher ?

Micro-certificates don’t provide any voucher. By completing a micro-cert, you will only receive a badge.

Thanks for reply , micro certification exam is like every year will take micro certificate for our mainlines, is this is a same procedure , we can take a help from web/ cellphone ?

Hi @Chandra Bolmal

No, micro-certificates need to be taken only once. What you’re referring to is the delta exam, which almost everyone needs to take as per eligibility. The delta exam is required to keep your main certification active. So don’t worry—micro-certificates are separate from delta exams.

Micro Certifications are the free Certification so no voucher is given. When you cleared it, You will get a Badge which will be ther forever with you.
