ServiceNow Studio - Having Troubles Installing due to Missing Dependencies which have to be Procured

Hi,

I just upgraded our Dev instance the other day to Xanadu Patch 4:

Build name: Xanadu
Build date: 12-02-2024_1408
Build tag: glide-xanadu-07-02-2024__patch4-11-22-2024

...and decided to try Installing the new ServiceNow Studio to test it out.  But unfortunately I am encountering the following prereq's that appear to not be free:

I tried finding out what those dependencies are related to but I am not having any luck.  When I click on the hyperlink for each one, it takes me to the Store and pulls up 'sn_sns':

Also tried manually searching for those 3 in the Store and no Apps are found.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Chris A.

Opened a support case and they got me pointed in the right direction.  Turns out I just needed to Opt-in to both the ServiceNow Studio and App Engine Studio apps-

Steps taken:

  • After locating the ServiceNow Studio app in the Store - clicked the View Products button-
  • Clicked the ServiceNow Studio button, in the popup-
  • Confirmed that the Eligible items are free/included, and then selected the Opt-in button-
  • Confirmed opt-in was good-
  • Performed the same steps for App Engine Studio
  • Back in our Dev instance, I navigated to the Application Manager and selected the Sync Now button to pull down the items from the Store.  That allowed me to proceed with getting ServiceNow Studio installed in our Dev instance-

Thanks,

Chris A.

I noticed under the Dependency tab, for ServiceNow Studio - we have the following:

Is it safe to say that App Engine Studio is required - which would require additional licensing/cost?

Thanks,

Chris A.
