ServiceNow user not ablet to see request

Hi team,

could you please help me in below issue?

A ServiceNow user not able to access request when she does click on request link then shows blank page as shown in attache screen shot.

please help as soon as posible, it's urgent.

Hi @RabishK 

Have you verify the ACL's?

Add the required roles to the user (sn_request_read, snc_internal).

things to check

1) the self service view has fields in it or not

2) the user doesn't have table.* READ ACL and hence fields are not visible

try to use access analyzer and see which ACL is blocking

she is not getting any link to view request if she search request by number in search box.
for your refrence i have attached screen shot.

I already informed that user doesn't satisfy table.* READ ACL

Did you debug that?
