Hi Team,

I am working on a requirement in Service Operations Workspace (SOW) where I need to provide a clear visual indicator when an Incident is promoted to a Major Incident.

The requirement is to display an icon, badge, color highlight, or banner near the record title/Short Description so that users can immediately identify that the Incident has been promoted to a Major Incident.

In the screenshot, the record title "test 44" is displayed in the header area. We would like to show the visual indicator in that same header section, next to or above the "test 44" title, rather than as a temporary form message.

I am using SOW (/now/sow/record/incident/...) and have tried Client Scripts, but I have not found a way to modify the record header/title area. I also could not find the Incident Record Page in UI Builder.

Has anyone implemented a similar solution in SOW? What would be the recommended approach to display a persistent visual indicator in the header when the Major Incident State is Accepted?

Any guidance would be appreciated.

Thank you.
