Hi Team,
We have migrated chat queues from one instance to another instance.
Main instance is working fine for support link field(screenshot 1). If we are clicking support link opening this page(screenshot 2).
But coming to the migrated instance - When we are clicking support link opening this page(screenshot 3). Could you please help on this?
Support link field backend configurtion for both instance are same (screenshot 4).
