unable to create new PDI Account

Iam facing this issue when im trying to create my PDI Account. Could you please look into it this issue as im attaching below.
My previous PDI details are as shown below

Name: dev305883
Instance URL: https://dev305883.service-now.com/

Instance credentials:
User name: admin
password: Xc7ivaY+4ER/

 

Note:how to release my account and create new instance

Hi @praveensnow9984 

Yes, this is a known issue nowadays. PDIs are quickly allocated and assigned to users. You need to wait or keep trying after some time. Since PDI doesn’t come with support, waiting is the only option.

Log in to developer.servicenow.com to manage your PDI, including releasing it and requesting a new one. 

Note: credentials to login to your developer account are not the same as the credentials to login into your PDI.
