Hey everyone, I am experiencing some issues as I had my PDI to test things were working correctly in my company, however with the new setup of the PDI, I seem to be unable to obtain all the data that I already had in my PDI. Does anyone know how I can access that data? Thanks.

Hi @ClaudiaPuli
Technically, PDI hold only demo or dummy data and it has no relevance to get demo data in client instance. If your PDI has been taken back by Servicenow then there is no way to get same Pdi or get data from that PDI. It's gone now.

Yes, but I thought it was taken back after not being used for 10 days, and that is not what happened. It was being used every day and when I logged in 3 days ago the whole setup of it changed and it does not look like my instance anymore.

Sorry mate, it's all out of community members control,also PDI did not come with support so no one help on this. You need to get a new PDI only.

The only change I'm aware of from last week was to the developer.servicenow.com portal that's used for PDI logins.
