User Engagement - Number accessing the KB

Hi Everyone,

 

I have newly created a Knowledge Base in ServiceNow by integrating articles from Madcap Flare (which means basically all the articles in the Knowledge Portal in ServiceNow come from Madcap Flare).  The plug-in that has been used in ServiceNow for acquiring data is Performance Analytics - Content Pack - Knowledge Management. 

 

The current issue is that I am unable to get metrics and analytics on

  1. The number of people accessing the KB (Knowledge Base),
  2. summarized by the customer – AM/A3 or any other one?
  3. Summarised by Internal customers or external customers,
  4. The total number of users accessing the KB,
  5. How many users revisit the knowledge base?

Hope you guys could help me with this.
