Did you check on other browser also ?

Share the screen shots, which table or page user is trying to access, are they have access ?

What table or records are you trying to access? It looks like the required access role is missing for that particular table.

Hi @mallappaath 

 

Just check whether you are getting result in other browser in chrome.

In Edge, Ask the user Log out and login again.

 

If all other browser , error is same , then it is not browser related. It is more on ACL role related.
