Users are not showing in Caller field on Incident form

On the Incident form, the users are not appearing in the Caller or Configuration Item field lookup. Could you please help check why the list is not displaying?

Hi @MdImranK 

 

It might be a data issue. Perhaps the name of the user is missing, so it looks like you’re selecting it, but it’s not showing on the form.

Can you share a screenshot? Also, is the user active?
