Users not showing in Caller field on Incident form

Users are available in the User table, but they are not appearing in the Caller field on the Incident form.
Could you please check why the users are not showing in the lookup list?

Hi @MdImranK 

The possibilities over here are:- May be users are not active or else There could be any reference qualifier condition , which you might have given , 

Right click, caller field->Configure dictionary (Do check and let me know , OOTB it looks like this)
