Voucher code showing invalid

I have redeemed the CSA voucher before the vendor was changed from webassesssor to pearson. But now when i am scheduling exam and applying the voucher code it is showing invalid. What to do now?

The system has changed and vouchers are no longer required.

Hi @anushkashri

From 19th Nov onwards, SN changed the vendor for exams, which means there are several changes—for example, no more vouchers are sent. Now, to book the exam, you can simply log in to Now University, go to ‘My Exam,’ and book it once you complete the training. Any previously shared vouchers are no longer in use, so there’s nothing to worry about.
