Walk-up Experience auto allocation of walkup in my inbox

I have impersonated an user and checked in via walk up portal , now from the other account i have set myself available in walkup inbox to get the pop-up to accept or reject the check-in , however my inbox is still empty even when the user has checked in on that location.
I have put these conditions in location
I have also given myself sn_walkup.walkup_technician role however i still don't understand why I am not seeing the interaction created via walkup portal by the user in my Inbox, that created interaction is going in open unassigned I want the walk-up to automatically get into my inbox or anyone in my team who is available
