We are not able to see our app in subprod and customer instances

Hey, we have developed an application for the ServiceNow store. It is successfully reviewed and published but we are not able to install the application for sub prod and customer instances. can anyone help on this?

We are able to download it from all available application in dev instances , but not in other subprod instances..
