when i add approval in incident in servicenow then it shows a approval in navbar in portal otherwise

when i add approval in incident in servicenow then it shows a approval in navbar in portal otherwise it wont appears in the portal.

Approval in Incident 🙄, what is your use case, friend. I have never seen an incident that needed approval.

What's your business requirement here? please share some details and screenshots.
