ahoy @KARTHICK5,

what volumes are we talking about? I remember there were some limitations (e.g. 20-30 K or something) and what's the difference between the two?

Hi @KARTHICK5

There could be several reasons

  • Your slow Internet connection ( I faced the same issue for it )
  • Check what export limit has been defined in import export  system properties in your instance
  • If certain ACLs restrict background processing or dictate that records require specific session criteria, those records will be excluded from the export
  • When viewing a list in your browser, your live session evaluates row-level security. However, ServiceNow handles large list exports in a background thread without your active session data
  • Getting different number of records in Service-Now and the Exported Excel for the same table
  •

@KARTHICK5

did you check if any query BR is restricting the records?

Any export limit is reached? see the properties

Hi @KARTHICK5,

Exporting data is based on the query on the list. Check your query, access to records.
