I am excited to introduce Sashi Maddali to our Now Learning Community. Sashi comes with over 22 years of working experience, with 12 of them being in the ServiceNow ecosystem. He has worked in countless industries, including media and technology, manufacturing and retail, healthcare, banking, application development and professional services. He is a Certified Master Architect AND a Certified Technical Architect and holds a ton of other ServiceNow and non-ServiceNow certifications.
Sashi currently works as a Senior Principal Platform Architect in our Customer Success Department at ServiceNow.
As a seasoned professional, Sashi will be able to provide additional guidance on any questions you may have, whether that be about his career journey or a ServiceNow technical question.
