CSA Exam Voucher

Hi all,

 I have recently completed the ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals On Demand training and have earned the Badge, which makes me eligible for the CSA Voucher. Could you please inform me of the process to obtain the CSA Voucher as soon as possibe so that I can take the exam? Thank you for your assistance and guidance.

Hi @Bruno Cornelio 

Once you complete the fundamental training, then you will get the voucher. It gets immediate and  you can go and check in your Now learning profile --> My voucher  you can see . If not, then log a now learning case and team will guide you.

You can obtain the CSA voucher immediately after completing the course by following these steps:

1. Log in to Now Learning.
2. Navigate to your My learning Profile section.
3. Go to the My Voucher section.

You should find your CSA voucher available there. This voucher can be used when scheduling the exam. If you encounter any issues, feel free to reach out to the Now Learning support team for assistance. Good luck with your exam preparation!
