This week’s focus is Early Wins and First Outcomes and a reminder that progress doesn't always arrive in huge milestones.
A lot of meaningful growth starts smaller than people expect. It can look like solving a problem faster than you used to, speaking up with more confidence, making a valuable connection, understanding something that once felt confusing, or simply showing up in a new way.
Outcomes don't have to be dramatic to matter, and most times they start by becoming visible.
With Knowledge 2026 right around the corner, there will be plenty of opportunities for those kinds of wins. If you’re attending, take the pictures. Record the videos. Introduce yourself to someone new. Ask questions. Capture ideas while they’re fresh. Sometimes one conversation or one moment of visibility can create momentum long after the event ends.
To start the conversation this week:
What’s an early win you’ve had recently, or one small outcome you’re hoping to create at Knowledge 2026?
