While building the Loaner Request application in the studio I want to commit the changes but the option for commit changes is not displayed and while publishing the application it is showing the error message "Internal and Store Uploading has been disabled. Please contact your instance administrator."

Hi @GD_Saikiran

If I am not wrong we can publish our apps if build on PDI or lab instances so this is expected behavior.

I got the same issue and it's weird since not so long ago I created an App on my PDI and I could publish it from Dev Studio... I don't know if ServiceNow changed their PDI's policy utilization.

I to got same issue, could you please tell me how you resolved that?
