Kim is passionate about education and giving people the skills they need to be successful. She has over 20 years of experience creating and delivering training across multiple industries and for the past 7 has worked with ServiceNow.
Kim is currently a Program Manager overseeing multiple education programs at ServiceNow. One of her main areas of focus is working with ServiceNow subject matter experts to help build and maintain Career Journeys on Now Learning.
Outside of ServiceNow, Kim loves to travel and explore new places and restaurants. You can often find her coaching or cheering on her children at field hockey or dance competitions.
