Before transitioning to my ServiceNow career, I pursued my passion as a hip-hop artist, working with multiple international and Grammy-award-winning artists. I once performed in front of 80,000 people!
Founder and Managing Director of Agiro a Premier ServiceNow partner headquartered out of Sydney Australia, I have over 18 years of ITSM experience and over 12 years of both practical and strategic experience in the ServiceNow space. Throughout my career I have had the opportunity to have led several Enterprise-Wide Transformation Initiatives in various industry verticals globally. My primary focus at Agiro is supporting customers on their ServiceNow journey’s – whether they are just starting out or have been on the platform for some time.
I love talking to customers about the art of the possible and how ServiceNow can provide an amazing experience across the enterprise layer bringing the organisation together and providing that UX layer across multiple departments.
I am also a lecturer and course co-ordinator for the “Workflow for Business Solutions” ServiceNow course I teach at the University of Western Sydney, my passion is supporting anyone that wants to drive their career through the power of the platform. ServiceNow has given me a lot so now it’s my responsibility to give back!
