Nayab Sayed is a seasoned global leader in digital transformation, workforce development, and technology strategy, with over three decades of technology experience. As founder & CEO of Hibdigital, a global ServiceNow®️ training partner, Nayab focuses on helping both learners and the ecosystem bridge the digital skills gap with impactful upskilling and reskilling initiatives as pathways to careers and skills enhancement by learning how to harness the true power & potential of the ServiceNow®️ platform.
Drawing from his extensive commercial experience in the technology landscape, Nayab has worked with governments, NGOs, and enterprises to advocate for policy, design and implement ‘digital-first’ L&D solutions and curriculum helping to align workforce readiness with business needs, at scale & speed.
In his spare time, Nayab dedicates himself to voluntary community-led initiatives including training, mentoring, and career and business guidance. He also volunteers in engineering international humanitarian development projects across sub-Saharan Africa, focusing on renewable energy, water access, infrastructure development, food security and technology education and advocacy, aimed at creating opportunities for empowering underserved individuals and communities in developing countries. An avid traveler, Nayab has explored 68 countries so far—and the adventure continues! He has had the honor of presenting to heads of state at the United Nations in Geneva and New York, advocating for human rights by promoting the critical need for digital upskilling and reskilling initiatives to shape the talent and workforce of the future.
