Daniel Falayi - Trad Headshot.pngDaniel Falayi has over ten years experience working on the ServiceNow Platform and is a ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA), ServiceNow 2025 & 2024 Most Valued Professional (MVP) & ServiceNow 2023 Rising Star recipient with about 15 active mainline ServiceNow Certifications with in-depth knowledge and a vast experience in ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, FSM, IRM/GRC, Security Operations and Legal Service Delivery (LSD) modules.

Daniel has worked with several consulting firms and multinationals such as KPMG Canada, Deloitte Canada etc. He is very committed to mentoring upcoming ServiceNow enthusiasts and passionate about helping clients get the best value from ServiceNow.

He possesses strong expertise across various ServiceNow modules and excels in solution architecture, client engagement lifecycle, including requirement gathering, analysis, effort scoping, development, and product implementation. Hemanth has a robust skill set that includes Java, Algorithms, Distributed Systems, Python, Machine Learning, and more. He has been a ServiceNow MVP 2024, 2025, and a Community Rising Star 2022 and 2023.

Sanjiv.pngSanjiv is a ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) with over 15 years of experience in the IT industry, including more than a decade of expertise on the ServiceNow platform. His primary focus areas include IT Service Management (ITSM), Security Incident Response (SIR), Vulnerability Management, and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).

Beyond his professional work, Sanjiv is an active and recognized contributor to the ServiceNow Community, with over 1,400 verified correct answers. His contributions have earned him a consistent spot in the top 10 of the ServiceNow Community Leaderboard. He is also an 8-time ServiceNow MVP, a testament to his dedication and commitment to supporting the broader ecosystem!

Tosin.pngTosin is a ServiceNow MVP based in Nigeria and a Senior Business Process Analyst at DXC Technology MEA, specializing in ITSM and ITOM. She mentors new talent and drives community growth through the Nigeria ServiceNow Developer Meetup as a co-organizer. 

In 2025, Tosin became the first Nigerian-based professional and the first Nigerian woman to be nominated as a ServiceNow MVP, recognized globally for my contributions to the ecosystem. She cofounded the Nigeria ServiceNow Developer Meetup, which has grown to over 1,300 members.
