We are glad to have the opportunity to introduce Tomoe Matsudaira ( @Tomoe Matsudair ) as our Value of Certification Program Expert!
Tomoe-San has almost 20 years of IT education experience and helps to run the ServiceNow Training sector in Japan. She works diligently to create localized ServiceNow content, including Now Learning Live in Tokyo and at our Knowledge Conference in Las Vegas (though black jack was a bit unkind to her this year!).
She enjoys the relaxation of yoga, wine, and hot springs and reads comic books almost daily! If you ask, maybe she will let you know some of her favorites!
