Victor has been with ServiceNow for 7 years and is the Senior Manager of the ServiceNow Certification and Accreditation Programs. As a holder of 4 ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CIS-ITSM, CIS-SIR, and CIS-VR), we are so excited for Victor to share his expertise and insight into why you should get certified.
During his spare time, Victor loves to learn about different cultures. Most recently (last week as a matter of fact!), he traveled to Denmark, where he got to visit Hamlet's Castle in Helsingør!
