Hello, I have been a Certified System Administrator (CSA) since 2021 and have utilized it once in a vendor management contract. I am currently exploring opportunities to transition into a ServiceNow role and looking for guidance on how to leverage my experience. You can start with enhancing your skill be learning ServiceNow development and implement in that your PDI. For each topic you can find use cases and solution; which you can practice for hands on knowledge.
Simultaneously you can build your connection in LinkedIn which will help you in finding the opportunity.
