Not the links to the corporate PR or marketing -- I can read that. Who are the people behind the numbers? Live engagement where audience can Q&A.

I do see a lot of people struggling to make their way into learning ServiceNow. It would be great if we could help them understand that core development is not the only option.We can discuss different career personas and maybe call someone within the persona for a quick QnA or how did they get to work in the platform?
