You can start from Admin journey from now learning.
Admin is first and foremost step to step in ServiceNow ecosystem.
If you are working with SN partner company then it will be free else need to pay a good amount.
You can follow my channel as we to learn free as well but to get official certification you need to complete training from now learning.
