I love learning, both using the new information and sharing it with others around me. I find that as we all better understand a subject, it becomes more managable to use. The more I share it, the better I understand it myself.
I also see the difference me being certified has made in my career and being able to better provide for my family. It allows us to do things we wouldn't be able to do otherwise.

For me, staying motivated during online learning certification comes down to two key factors: passion and accountability. When I'm passionate about the subject matter, every lesson feels like a step closer to mastering something I love. Additionally, having an accountability partner or group keeps me on track, whether it's a study buddy, online community, or mentor who checks in regularly. Celebrating small victories along the way also helps keep the momentum going until reaching the finish line feels like a well-deserved achievement.

For me, finding the direct relevance of the learning in my job/life is what will keep me motivated. I try to always look out for future me, and if she will thrive because of this learning, I'm doing it! 🙂

A mixture of being able to provide value to the company I work for (including me feeing like I actually know what I am doing) and the ability to share with others.
