Hi @ayush_g,
just a remark, if you enabled the audit and changed no_audit to false, the audit starts after it and not retrospectively.
Updating the 2 fields after these changes does what? Also, check for the parent tables (like always when it comes to CMDB) in the dictionary, or if there are some overrides maybe (not sure if it exists for auditing)..
COuld you possibly share these sys_dicrtionary entries?

Hi, @ayush_g,
You’ve already set audit on the dictionary fields, but you also need to enable Audit History at the table level (cmdb_ci_business_app_list) under System Definition > Tables. Once that’s active, changes to those fields will show up in the record’s History.
