As you spend more time in the ServiceNow ecosystem, one of the biggest shifts is learning to distinguish between products, capabilities, and the roles they serve.

 

Early on, it's easy for everything to blur together. There are multiple products, overlapping features, certifications, and learning paths, all evolving at the same time. Over time, though, clearer boundaries start to emerge. 

 

Understanding what lives where makes it easier to prioritize, ask better questions, and focus your learning in ways that actually support your work.

 

This week, we're focusing on building that structural clarity. This will help develop a stronger sense of how the ecosystem is organized and how different pieces relate to each other in practice.
