@Kevin_Lee I have been using Now Learning since last two years and the experience has been superb so far. Quality of the content and examples used in explaining various concepts are simply outstanding. The ease of enrolling for an on demand course and completing it based on one's own schedule provides a lot of flexibility in comparison to the live instructor led courses. 

Introduction of career journeys and paths is another jewel on the crown as it makes it a lot easier for a newbie to only enroll for the courses which are suitable for their persona.
