How can we make Now Learning better for you? Is there specific content that you would like to see added? Are there specific actions that feel clunky or are completely missing that you think would benefit your experience from Now Learning?

Hello! I think it could be more intuitive (not sure how), but the new-joiners at my company always have some trouble adapting to it. For us (older users) it`s not difficult to use, but it could be more polished.

Also that first session containing most popular could be better, welcome to servicenow should be present in advanced users if they already did it.

Maybe a guided tour would solve it? for me it`s very simple to understand the main structure of a course page (Knowing that the course is on the left panel, it has modules, etc. and the content is on the main page), but i feel that they struggle to understand.

Also i think we could have a solution to watch some videos in a mobile app for now learning (i would someway to be able to study while walking, commuting,etc).
At last i think the screen size its not optmized for smaller screens such as 14 pol thinkpads. it gets to shrinked because of the header and the notices (that i noticed that general people doesnt close)

1. The actual content area where videos or slides are presented is often opened in a too small viewport (not sure how else to describe it), which forces one to scroll up and down now and then to fit the entire thing.

 

2. In My Certifications, it would be useful to allow sorting these by date or at least group the together per group they belong to. For example, if I have my CIS ITSM mainline and 5 delta's, they could be grouped together and show a group checkmark they're ALL current.
