We are still looking for a SNUG Leader for our NEW Silicon Valley User Group!
We are in the process of planning the next SNUG meeting and would like to include the new SNUG Leader to help us with the agenda!
SNUG Leader Role:
- Participate in planning calls to ensure events are aligned to the needs of the member community including dates, venues, and topics
- Assist in getting customer speakers, hosts, and venue locations
- Recruit/work with steering committee members to gather broader feedback on the needs of the group
- Emcee at meetings if possible
- Provide program feedback and ideas
- Assist in assessing potential partner sponsors
- Promote online community involvement by posting questions and blogs to encourage an on-going dialog with community members and to help identify customer speakers, hosts, and steering committee members
- ** SNUG Leaders must be ServiceNow customers - Partners are not allowed
Again, the SNUG leader does not have to host events or arrange them in any way – our marketing team does event planning and execution.
SNUG Leaders play an elevated role within the community and receive special recognition at SNUG meetings, on-line, and at Knowledge.
