Good morning community,
I have approval_user's who are not seeing details or approval options on the ESC My Tasks page. They see the items, but no details. Instance version is Zurich Patch 12.

No user is able to see any details, or options to approve or reject from the ESC portal. This is a nearly new and untouched instance. GRC has been utilized for a couple of years, but nothing beyond that.
